Dr. Saadia Jan is an Associate Professor in the department of family medicine at Western University. She is also the Centre Director of St. Joseph’s Family Medical Centre. She has an interest in dermatology, mental health and addiction, EDID in medicine and medical informatics. She serves as a medical examiner for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, provides palliative care both in hospital and in the community, provides care at Long Term Care and practices broad based family medicine. She teaches and supervises research for graduate students in the master’s in clinical science in Family Medicine. Dr. Jan’s research interests include mental health, medical informatics, artificial intelligence in medicine, dermoscopy and primary health care transformation. She lives in London with her husband and three children and loves to read, paint, spend time with family and watch good movies and tv shows. She is a member of two book clubs.
